These 60-minute live sessions combine movement, breath, and presence in a grounded and accessible way, supporting you in creating a more conscious relationship with your body, your emotions, and your inner world.
Whether practiced individually or in community, each session is an invitation to return to yourself with more awareness, softness, and intention.
