The Path to Connection Approach

My own Path
My path into this work didn’t begin with certainty — it began with a feeling of disconnection.

For a long time, I was moving through life doing what I thought I was supposed to do, while feeling increasingly distant from myself. It wasn’t obvious on the outside, but internally there was a sense of noise, restlessness, and a quiet disconnection from my body and my emotions.

Yoga entered my life not as a solution, but as a space.
A space where I could pause, feel, and start to listen.
Over time, that space became a practice.
And that practice slowly became a way of relating to myself — with more awareness, more honesty, and more presence.
It wasn’t about becoming calmer, better, or more “spiritual.”
It was about learning how to stay.
To stay with discomfort.
To stay with emotions.
To stay with myself when it would have been easier to avoid.
That process changed everything.

Today, this is the space I hold for others.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation and guided reflection, I support people in reconnecting with themselves — not by giving answers, but by creating the conditions for them to listen inward.

My work is simple, but not always easy.
And that’s exactly why we practice.

“Our whole spiritual transformation brings us to the point where we realize that in our own being, we are enough.”

My Story

Get to know me better
I left home early, at 15, to follow a path that, at the time, felt like the right one.
From 17 to 23, I worked with sport horses in a demanding environment that slowly led me to burnout.

That moment became a turning point.
Through therapy and yoga, I began to reconnect with myself — and a year later, I walked away from a life I thought would be forever.

I bought a van, took my dogs, and spent four years travelling across Europe, exploring both the outer world and my inner one. Somewhere along the way, I completed my yoga teacher training and deepened this path of self-inquiry and practice.

Eventually, something called me back Home.
Today, I live in the north of Portugal, in the house my grandparents built — learning, slowly and with care, how to create a life that feels more honest, more grounded, and more connected.
