This is a space of reconnection, slowing down and of coming back to Yourself

Return to Yourself

Through yoga, breath, and inner awareness, I guide you back to your body, your emotions, your mind, and your inner wisdom.

This is a space to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect — not by becoming someone new, but by learning how to stay with yourself with more presence, honesty, and care.

Meet Marta and her practice

Connection Facilitator,

Yogic Lifestyle Mentor.

My work is rooted in the understanding that true connection begins within.

I teach practices that invite you to slow down and turn inward — through movement (asana), breath (pranayama), meditation, and self-inquiry. These are not just techniques, but tools to help you build a more honest and grounded relationship with yourself.

I guide people to reconnect with the different layers of their being — the body, the emotions, the mind, and the deeper inner wisdom.

Rather than focusing on performance or perfection, my approach is about awareness: learning how to feel, how to observe, and how to stay present with what arises.

I don’t believe you need fixing.
I believe you need space — to listen, to feel, and to come back to yourself.

Because most of the time, we are not disconnected…
we’ve just learned to avoid what we feel.

This work is a gentle return.

Ways we can work together

There are different ways to work with me, depending on the depth and support you’re looking for. From group yoga sessions, where you can move and reconnect in a shared space, to 1:1 sessions offering more personal guidance. You can also join the monthly community, with a library of practices to support your consistency at home, or step into the Path to Connection Mentorship — a deeper, more structured journey into the body, emotions, mind, and inner world.

Testimonials

António, Portugal

"I’ve been practicing with Marta for almost two years now and I really value her attention to detail, especially the careful and respectful posture corrections. The classes go beyond asanas, incorporating yoga philosophy, and have helped me keep my lower back pain under control through consistent practice. I also appreciate the flexibility in class formats and the thoughtful variation in intensity and focus, which keeps each session engaging."
